installation Guide
- Prepare Parts & Tools: Pick the right rivet size based on your material thickness and hole size. Get your standard rivet gun ready and clean up dirt, dust and burrs from the mounting surface for a tight fit.
- Drill Clean Holes: Drill holes to the required standard size. Keep holes straight and smooth, then clear out all debris inside to avoid loose installation.
- Insert Rivet in Place: Feed the rivet fully through the pre-drilled hole until the rivet head sits flat and tight against the material surface, with the mandrel fully exposed.
- Rivet & Lock Firmly: Grip the mandrel straight with your rivet gun and pull steadily. The rivet body will expand into three lobes to grip and lock the materials tightly, and the mandrel will snap off automatically once finished.

Check Finished Work: Double-check the final result. Make sure the rivet is fixed firmly with a flat head, no shaking, no tilted installation and no damaged coating.
