Size Selection
Choose the right stainless steel large flange rivet based on the following:
Rivet Diameter– Select the diameter according to the required hole size and joint strength.

Installation Guide
1.Choose the Correct Rivet
Measure the combined thickness of the materials and select a stainless steel large flange rivet with the appropriate diameter, length, and grip range. Make sure the material thickness falls within the specified grip range for reliable fastening.
2. Prepare the Rivet Hole
Drill a hole according to the recommended diameter for the selected rivet. Keep the hole clean, round, and free from excessive burrs to allow the rivet body to pass through smoothly.
3. Align the Materials
Bring the materials together and align the pre-drilled holes. Insert the large flange blind rivet from the accessible side until the flange rests evenly against the surface.
4. Position the Rivet Tool
Place the suitable nosepiece of the riveting tool over the mandrel. Keep the tool aligned with the rivet axis to help maintain even clamping during installation.
5. Set the Rivet
Operate the tool to pull the mandrel through the rivet body. The body expands behind the materials while the large flange distributes the clamping force across a wider surface area. Continue until the mandrel separates at the designed break point.
6. Inspect the Finished Joint
Check that the flange is fully seated and the materials are firmly held together. Make sure there is no excessive movement, surface damage, or visible deformation around the stainless steel large flange rivet before putting the assembly into service.
