Installation Guide

1.Drill the Hole
Drill a clean hole through the materials to be joined. Select the hole diameter according to the rivet specification. -
2.Check the Material Thickness
Make sure the total material thickness is within the recommended grip range of the aluminium tri-fold blind rivet. -
3.Insert the Rivet
Insert the rivet body through the hole until the large flange sits flat against the surface of the material. -
4.Fit the Blind Rivet Tool
Place the rivet mandrel into a suitable blind rivet tool. Keep the tool aligned with the rivet during installation. -
5.Set Large Flange Blind Rivets.
Operate the blind rivet tool until the mandrel is pulled and the rivet body expands into three folded sections on the blind side. -
6.Check the Joint
Release the tool and check that the large flange is seated firmly and the three-fold expansion is properly formed behind the material.
